Registration
Two ways to register — pick one
How to register as a player
Players complete a profile for admin review. Team invitations are paused for now, but registration remains open.
- 1
Start as a player
You are on the right page. Select Player above, then tap the red button at the bottom when you are ready.
- 2
Create an account or sign in
Every player needs an account before filling out a profile.
- New users: tap Create account and enter email, password, and confirm password.
- You will return to Sign in—log in right away with the same email and password.
- Returning users: sign in with the same email and password you used before.
- 3
Complete your player profile
Fill out every required field and submit for admin review. You cannot join a team until this is done.
- Contact details and emergency contact are required.
- Choose your position and skill level.
- Upload a clear headshot and crop it in the form. Admins review your photo before it is approved.
- Check the box allowing your approved headshot to appear on public rosters and live roster moves.
- Read the waiver PDF, enter your legal name, type your signature, and confirm you agree.
- After you submit, your profile, waiver, and headshot stay in review until an admin approves them.
- Players cannot create teams or invite others.

Stay registered
After your profile is submitted, stay registered while admins review your player profile.
- If you already know your captain, register the same way.
- Team invitations are paused for now.
- Tournament staff can still review and approve player registrations.
- 5
Use your portal
After registration, use your portal to track your player profile status.
- Admins may approve your profile or request changes.
- If changes are requested, update your registration and resubmit.
- Invitation controls are not available right now.
- 6
After you join a team
Use My team in your portal to see your roster, captain, and team logo.
- Your captain assigns jersey numbers when the roster is ready.
- Your approved headshot may appear on the public teams page and live roster feed.
- Contact your captain or tournament staff if you need to leave a roster.
